Shapewear can be a bit tricky to put on, but if you step in to all styles, even camis and slips, you will find it a lot easier as it's almost impossible to get it over your shoulders. As you step in, gently pull the garment up over your waist being careful not to use your fingernails, this will help smooth and flatten any lumps and bumps on the way and leave you with a lovely silhouette.

All Bella Bodies intimates, apparel and shapewear are designed in Australia and made in China and Portugal under strict ethical and environmental working standards.

Bella Bodies has anoffice and warehouse in Sydney and the UK where all orders are individually packed and shipped from.

Once you have worn a bamboo garment you will understand how soft and breathable it is making it the perfect choice for underwear, especially for those with sensitive skin. Bella Bodies bamboo underwear has incredible stretch and bounce back properties, meaning that it will stretch to your body with no dig in and then, once washed, will regain it's original firmness.

Needing only rainwater to grow and a fast growth cycle means bamboo is an extremely sustainable and eco friendly fibre. You will notice on our labels it says "Bamboo Viscose", viscose is the term given to any man made fibre made from wood pulp.

Our bra’s have a 7cm side opening - so many customers remove our cup inserts and put in their own silicone prosthesis / prosthetics / replacement after a mastectomy / surgery. Our bamboo fabric is extremely soft and breathable plus it’s also very stretchy so you can easily slip in whatever size you may need. Many women also wear them to bed every night because they are so comfortable.

If you thought Bamboo Viscose was super soft and felt amazing on the skin then you will love Modal. We think it is even softer than Bamboo. With its breathable and easy care properties, Modal is the perfect material for keeping you cool in summer. Our garments use Lenzing Modal (a cellulose fibre) which is produced from Beech Trees specifically grown in a sustainable way and yarns are produced via the Closed Loop system (meaning water and chemicals are reused over and over to ensure that minimal water is wasted and no chemicals are released into the environment.)

To keep your underwear looking great for many years we suggest you use a lingerie wash bag and wash on either gentle or standard wash cycle in warm water with like colours. We recommend taking out the removable pads in our bras before washing as they can get pushed out of shape.

Dry your Bella Bodies on the line. We do not recommend using a tumble dryer as the heat may damage the fibres.

Washing and drying instructions are found on the labels of all garments.

The main difference between the Bamboo and Travel ranges is the fabric. The bamboo range is made from a bamboo blend that is eco-friendly and the travel range is made from a polyamide blend that is light weight and quick drying fabric.

Below the summary of what you are purchasing, you will see the option to "Add a discount code or gift card."

Enter your discount code here and click "Apply". You will see your new total and the amount the discount comes to. Then click the "Pay Now" button.

Only one discount code can be used per order.

Discount codes may not work during sitewide promotions, as only one offer can be used per purchase. Discount codes also cannot be applied to already discounted Sale items.

We certainly can. On the product page, select the colour and size that you would like and click the NOTIFY ME button. Follow the prompts to enter your email address and we will notify you when it's back in stock.

Your orders are generally processed on the day they are received if received before lunchtime. If you have made an error on your order please email us immediately using the Contact Us form. As our customer service staff is in Australia there will be a delay in getting back to you but we answer all UK emails as a first priority during office hours.

Please note that if you email on a Friday that this is Saturday in Australia and we will respond first thing Monday morning.

Use our free Gift service to send a lovely cami or tank or even one of our super comfy bras to someone by filling out the "Gift Message Box" located in the shopping cart.  Add your personal message in the comment box and we will transfer this to a card and gift wrap your purchase.  When completing checkout list the gift recipient's address in the shipping details and then your details in the billing details.  Use your email address so all shipping confirmation emails go to you. 

Orders are dispatched by the next business day (except in case of large sale events where it may take an extra day to dispatch your order).

We are currently only shipping with the UK, including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

You can return an item if it's not quite right for you within 30 days of purchase.

At this stage we don't offer exchanges in the UK. If you need a different size please complete a returns form to return the incorrect size and then re-order the correct size from our website.

We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The garment must be unworn, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Bella Bodies garments are manufactured to a very high standard but very occasionally there can be a manufacturing fault.  Please contact us as soon as possible, including a photo of the fault.

We are happy to replace items with faults as long as we are notified immediately upon receipt of the garment.
