It's hard to know your perfect size without trying on. We get it. That's why you can return within 30 days for a refund (excludes Final Sale and Knickers).
Returning just got easier with the Bella Bodies Returns Portal. You’ll be given the option to return your bras and tops with ease. When you enter your order number, please ensure you include the # and UK in addition to your return number.
How to return:
- Enter the BELLA BODIES RETURN PORTAL
- Add your order number (including # and UK) and the email address you placed the order with.
- Select the eligible item(s) that you would like to return.
- Select if you would like:
- A refund (you will be charged £3.95 for shipping, deducted from your refund)
- Store credit (Free return shipping. Store Credit will be issued once your return has been received back and processed)
- There are 2 shipping label options
- Download a QR code and take it to your local Royal Mail for printing.
- Print at home - If you have a printer, print the return label at home
- Once your return has been received it can take up to 5 days for your return to be verified and processed.

Terms and Conditions
- You can return an item(s) (excluding knickers and final sale items) within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund of your choice:
- Refund – Cost of shipping (£3.95) will be deduced from your refund. Funds are automatically sent back to the payment method used at checkout. It may take up to 10 business days to clear in your account.
- Store Credit – Free return shipping and gift card sent via email once return is processed to the value of the item(s) you returned. This gift card can be used in as many orders as needed until the balance reaches £0 or until the gift card expires (valid for 1 year).
- Item(s) must be unworn, in new condition and with tags attached.
- Multipacks must include all items in the pack, or the return cannot be processed.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your Return to be processed, from the date we receive your item(s).
